In case anyone was wondering what forceps look like. The doc put some serious body weight into these things trying to get baby girl out. Turns out face up isn’t the ideal way to exit but she made it and her resulting conehead and flat nose are mostly gone now.

The pic of Brielle with the bear is so cute! I have a friend who has taken a pic of her granddaughter every Thursday in the same chair for 2 years! ... and another 'blog friend' who has taken a pic of her son next to the same stuffed donkey (not sure the regularity...but pretty often..he just turned 1 year old)... it's so fun to see the babies grow in relation to the chair/stuffed animal. Wish I'd thought to do that with Benjamin and Emerson...next time?
